Just had John come pick up the company car for repair from my house. Great attitude, very personable, an absolute joy to work with. He even double-checked where he was taking it and informed me that the Goodyear they said I was sending it wasn't around anymore. This allowed me to check with the management company to ensure that we weren't going to experience delays. The man even refused the beer that was offered while he waited! "I'm on the job". Passed the test with flying colors! Great employee. Best customer service I've had with a tow!

I called my emergency roadside assistance and was assigned to Ohitow. They were busy so the wait was long and the eta was not communicated well up front. However, when the gentleman arrived he made up for it in service. He was friendly, talked through the issues my car was having, and even humored my kids. I would definitely use this company again.

I walked out of my apartment to see my truck being towed away. Not something that usually gets a five star rating... after contacting the apartment complex and talking with the driver and tow company I was able to get my truck back. The amazing thing was the driver, JEFF!!! I asked him if he could drop my truck off on the other side of the parking lot by my garage so I wouldnt have to push it so far (the truck doesnt start, thats why they wanted it towed). Not only did he drop it closer to the garage but he actually helped me push the truck in! Once inside the garage the door shut and locked my only key inside. I told him it was fine that at least it was in the garage and I would figure it out. He stayed and managed to unlock the door with a coat hanger. It was extremely kind of him to be so helpful in a situation like this. I really appreciate it, thank you so much Jeff!! (Sorry if thats not your name, Im terrible with names but Im sure you know who you are)

I called AAA and they provided me tow service with OHI-Tow. I was very impressed with the young man, Kacey Cooper. He was able to do what I thought was the impossible, maneuvering my classic car down a parking garage and able to hook it up some distance from the truck. He's incredibly skilled. And what I found to be more (work) considerate is that he was working at a time he should have been with his father who was at the Emergency Room. I'm not sure if I agree with that but, I can appreciate his consideration for those in need of roadside help.

He spent extra time making sure that it was properly tied down so it wouldn't get damaged. We had a good conversation on the way to the shop my truck was towed to. I called AAA for a tow; my Hummer H2 would not shift into any gears, not even neutral. OHITOW was dispatched. Loading the Hummer onto the flat bed was no easy task, especially given the angle in which it was parked compared to the available roadside for the truck, however the driver was determined, competent, and patient and got the job done. Unloading it was also complicated. The driver worked very, very hard. It was rainy, hot and humid and he never showed a sign of frustration. He was professional with his work and interaction with me. I am thankful that he was called to my aide. THANK YOU Rafael.
